If booking is cancelled refund will be processed in this format within 7 days from cancellation request.
Deduction will be calculated on the Advance Amount.
30 days from check-in date - 100% refund.
30 - 15 days - 50% refund.
15 - 7 days - 25% refund.
7 - 0 days - No refund.
A booking can be rescheduled only once.
Once a booking has been rescheduled, the rescheduled booking cannot be cancelled or modified.
For every Alteration or Cancellation there will be a 2% "Processing Fee".
This 2% is calculated on the "Total Booking Value".
In case the advance amount is going to be adjusted in future bookings, the 2% of the total Taxable value will be deducted from the Calculated Adjustable Amount.
Bookings made for Peak Season Dates are Non Refundable.
For these dates the Calculated Refund amount will only be credited to your wallet, which will remain valid for the next six months.
Peak Season Date ranges: 10th Oct - 30th Oct, 24th Dec - 3rd Jan, 23rd Jan - 26th Jan, 20th Mar - 23rd Mar.
Note: If you have paid through Payment Gateway and your booking is cancelled the payment gateway fee of 2% will be additionally deducted from your cancellation amount.
