Srikhola or Sirikhola is a scenic tiny Himalayan hamlet in the Darjeeling district. This charming village is situated at the trekking route from Sandakphu to Rimbik and from Phalut to Rimbik. From Sandakphu, the road is via Gurdum and from Phalut, the road is via Gorkhey. There is a small river named ‘Sri’, that flows over This village and in Lepcha Language,the word ‘ Khola’ is used for river. That is why, this place is named as Srikhola. This is a calm, quite, serene and definitely impassable place. So, this beautiful village is not for all type and age of people. To reach this place, you should not only be nature lover, you have to be physically strong enough also. Trekkers halt this place generally to reach Rimbik from Sandakphu or Phalut as from Rimbik, cars are available for Darjeeling or Siliguri.

Nearest Airport : Bagdogra Airport (IXB). It is about 127 kilometers by road from Bagdogra to Srikhola or Sirikhola. Nearest Railway Station : New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP). It is about 129 kilometers by road from NJP to Srikhola or Sirikhola.
