Kolakham – The Himalayan Retreat is a luxurious farm stay located in Kolakham Village in Kalimpong district. There are total 6 rooms are available to accommodate the guests. Each room is quad (4 persons) sharing, well equipped, well-furnished and attached with spacious modern western toilet.

The attractions of this farm stay are : 

Silent Valley Hawaghar - It’s lovely round shaped terrace right in the middle of valley from where you can sit and embrace the nature with 360 degree valley view, Mount Khanchendzonga range and Reshi River. Guests can sight Rhenock (Sikkim), Lava, Rishyop and other villages from the hawaghar. It’s an ideal place for clicking memorable pictures.

Green Bliss - An in-house Plant Nursery and Pot Studio with beautiful lawn and sit-out area, besides its well-maintained kitchen garden. The places also sells beautiful succulents and cactus, potted plants and pots.

Café Himalayan Hotpot – Around shapedcafé withbeautiful ambience, low lying seating, colorful furniture, 20 windows overseeing the valley and river. The café also has a fireplace and karaoke foropen mic events and art displays.

A gift shop – Traditional Buddhist style gift shop with local handicrafts and pickles etc. The colorful roof in the front yard of gift shop overseeing the kitchen garden and Pot Studiois not to be missed. The entire premises runs on renewable solar energy.

Option for 'Morning tea to Dinner' Food package is available in Cafe Himalayan Hotpot at Rs.650 per person

There is a special service of river side picnic which is for 8 people at Rs.6000 which is inclusive of Foods. Additional persons will be charged at Rs.500/person.

Kolakham village tour (hike) can be arranged from with a Guide (Rs.700/3hrs). Lava to Kolakham trekking is also doable.
