If booking is cancelled refund will be processed in this format within 7 days from cancellation request. Deduction will be calculated on the Advance Amount. 30 days from check-in date - 100% refund. 30 - 15 days - 50% refund. 15 - 7 days - 25% refund 7 - 0 days - No refund. Note: If you have paid through Payment Gateway and your booking is cancelled the payment gateway fee of 2% will be additionally deducted from your cancellation amount.
