• They never commit to sea facing room / rooms but our resort is just on the beach.
• ID proof is mandatory for all individuals at the time of Check In. Without ID Proof Check In may hamper and Hotel Authority will not be responsible for the same.
• They do not have any refund policy though booking may be postponed within 90 days from your check-in date before 48 hours from check-in time. For adjustment of further booking, kindly check the availability with- in reservation.
• They never grant any postponement within 48 hours from check in time.
• Any cancellation during stays (within 24 hours), 100% retention of your room value to be charged for.
• Any facilities may be unavailable during your stay for any unavoidable / unpredictable / technical reason.
• In case of early check in & late check out,  AC service to be provided from 1p.m - 11 a.m. only (Check in time - check out time). Extension of AC service / room is strictly not in this contract.
• Outside food is strictly prohibited at resort premises.
• 10.00 p.m. is the closing time of all our gates.
• For any kind of loss / damage, demurrage charge to be charged according to the decision of the hotel authority.

Swimming pool

1.    Swimming pool usage timing: 9 a.m - 8 p.m.

2.    Proper swimming trunks are mandatory for all sex & age. Without proper costume no one       will be allowed inside the pool.

3.   Swimming costumes may be purchased @ Rs. 140/- (gents) & @ Rs.270/- (ladies).
