• They never commit to sea-facing rooms, but our resort is just on the beach.
• ID proof is mandatory for all individuals at the time of Check-In. Without ID proof, you may not be responsible for the same.
• They do not have a refund policy, though bookings may be postponed within 90 days from your check-in date or 48 hours from check-in time. For the adjustment of further bookings, kindly check the availability within the reservation.
• They never grant any postponement within 48 hours of check-in time.
• Any cancellation during stays (within 24 hours), 100% retention of your room value to be charged for.
• Any facilities may be unavailable during your stay for any unavoidable, unpredictable, / technical reason.
• In cases of early check-in & late check out,  AC service is 1 p.m. toto be provided from 1p.m - 11 a.m. only (Check in time and check-out time). Extension of AC service or room check-out is strictly not in this contract.
• Outside food is strictly prohibited on resort premises.
• 10 p.m. is the closing time of all our gates.
• For any kind of loss/damage, a certain amount is to be charged according to the decision of the hotel authority.

Swimming pool

1. Swimming pool usage timing: 9 a.m.–8 p.m.

2. Proper swimming trunks are mandatory for all sexes & ages. Without a proper costume, no one will be allowed inside the pool.

3. Swimming costumes may be purchased for Rs. 140/- (gents) & Rs. 270/- (ladies).

4. Glasses and bottles are not allowed in the swimming pool.
