This homestay is a two-storied bungalow featuring two large double bedrooms on the first floor and one very large bedroom on the ground floor, with both levels boasting a long frontside balcony. The property also includes an additional small, non-AC room on the first floor designed strictly for sleeping, which is basic and equipped only with two small single beds, a fan, and lights, but lacks an attached toilet or other amenities.

For the primary accommodations, each of the two first-floor rooms features a king-size bed, a sofa-cum-bed, a tea table, chairs, and a dedicated kitchenette space complete with an electric kettle for self-made tea or coffee. These upper rooms are fully loaded for comfort, offering an attached toilet with a geyser, a cupboard, a dresser, a smart TV, air conditioning, a small fridge, and free Wi-Fi access. The ground-floor room is equally comprehensive, providing a king-size bed, a single cot, a dining table with chairs, a tea table, a shoe rack, a cupboard, a dresser, a TV, an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a geyser.

Families traveling with children will find a straightforward policy where kids below six years old stay and eat completely free of charge. For children between the ages of six and ten, the property charges half-price for the food package, and an additional fee of Rs 500 is applied if they require an extra bed. Any children over the age of ten are considered adults and will be charged full adult rates for both accommodation and dining.

Meal plan:

• Lunch (1:00 PM): A traditional Bengali spread featuring Basmati rice, dal, alu jhuro bhaja (crispy fried potato straws), a seasonal vegetable dish, Katla fish kalia (100g), Mutton curry (4 pieces, 200g), chutney, papad, and salad.

• Evening Snacks (7:00 PM): Hot pakoras served alongside tea or coffee.

• Dinner (9:00 PM): A meal consisting of rice or ruti, chicken kosha, a choice of mixed vegetables or chana masala, and salad.

• Breakfast (9:00 AM, Next Day): Luchi served with sada alur torkari (white potato curry), an egg, and a sweet.

• Service Timings: Standard hospitality services end strictly at 10:00 PM to ensure the local village women on staff can return home safely. A male caretaker remains on the premises overnight to handle emergencies.
