1) Buddha Park: Buddha Park is one of the most famous tourist points near Borong. A large 130 ft high, upright statue of Goutam Buddha (Shakyamuni Buddha) is seated in the park. It has a large hall under the statue for theological conclaves and prayers. The park is very clean with florid green surroundings. It is only 15 kilometres by road from Borong.

 

2) Samdruptse Hill: Samdruptse hill is the most tranquil and soothing place in the entire Sikkim. The tallest statue of Guru Padma Sambhava was built there and it has become one of the greatest pilgrimage centres for Buddhist people. This place is about 39 kilometres by road from Borong.

 

3) Ralong Monastery: Ralong Monastery is one of the premium and most beautiful monasteries in Sikkim. The journey towards Ralong Monastery is a wonderful experience for nature lovers.
