- Staff are available to purchase raw materials or additional items as needed.

- Individual rooms can be booked on weekdays.

- Restrictions: No stags or unmarried couples; pets are not allowed.

- Driver's Accommodation: Available at Rs. 700 with breakfast.

- Special Tariffs: Apply during Puja and Christmas holidays.

- Quiet Hours: No loud music after 10 pm.

- Late Check-Out: Until 4 pm for 50% of the villa tariff; later check-out incurs a full-night rate.

- Power Backup: Inverter backup is provided, though AC, refrigerators, geysers, and kettles cannot be used during power cuts.

- Kitchen Use: Limited to homestay staff; guests cannot cook. Drinking water is provided.

For Village Road only car  jeep & Winger is permissible.
