Chibo (often called Chibo Busty or Chhibo) is a small, scenic village in the Kalimpong district of West Bengal, located approximately 4 km from Kalimpong town. Nestled on a forested Himalayan ridge at about 4,000 ft (≈1,250 m) above sea level, it’s known for lush pine forests, colourful wildflowers, traditional villages, and beautiful views of Mt. Kanchenjunga on clear days.

Nearest Airport: Bagdogra International Airport (IXB) — about 65–75 km away.
From the airport you can hire a taxi to Kalimpong; from there local cabs can take you to Chibo (about 4 km).
By Train
Nearest Major Railway Station: New Jalpaiguri (NJP) near Siliguri — around 65-70 km distance.
From NJP, take a taxi or shared car to Kalimpong and then book a local taxi to Chibo.
By Road
Roads are hilly but short — private taxis are best for comfort.
